Waiver
You have to sign the waiver, as you have to be self responsible for all adventure activities. The wavier will be mailed to you, and you have to sign it by filling the reuired information asked and send us the copy of it by mailing us at info@onceinalife.in.

Condition to participate
As the service which we providing are most extreme, so the client who are participating in it are self responsible for any causes. The client who is participating need to be healthy with no any medical issue.

Health
Pateint with epilepsy, heart problem, bone injuries/medical conditions or acute asthama are strictly prohibited.

Insurance
We do issue travel insurance from a well specialised insuarance company, of which we have provided the link on our website, from where you can buy the insurance by just filling the required information mentioned.

Rooms
The rooms are based on the sharing basis. If you want special room with no sharing or deluxe, please write a mail and drop it in info@onceinalife.in.

Meals
The meals are pre planned. In case of any circumtances, if the client didn't account the meals offered, the client cannot claim Once in a life for any inconvience of meals.

Hotel
The hotels which are selected by Once in a life are based on the quality standard, but due any circumtances the client find any inconvinince with the hotel services, once in a life is not soley responsible for that issue, as we are just the intermidate between the client and the hotel.

Itenarary
The activites are pre-set, but the schedule for the activites will be aviliable to you one day before the activity. Sometimes, due to weather condition, maintainence and sold out slots, the activities listed in the packages, may not be availiable(if any) of which you will be inform upon our confirmation notice.

The amount for those activities will be deducted from the actual package and you will be reverted with the updated package Vehicles
For transport both ac and non-ac vehicle are used. We make sure that the vehicles are good in condition, so as you be in the comfort zone.

Inclusion
As per mentioned in our every packages we offers - Accomodation in a quality standard hotel - Meals, Transfers, Air Ticket, Visa(if essential) for all domestic and international adventure package, and our services

Exclusion
Goverment service tax. Porter service at hotel and airport, laundry, drinks, telephone charges, and any other service which is not mentioned in the inclusion.

Cancellation Duration
Cancellation to be done 2 week prior to the date of arrival. For more visit cancellation page.

Refund Duration
The amount will be refunded within 3 days upon the time of cancellation.

Refund State
The refund will be provided via NEFT, upon any cancellation of booking.
